Content generated by Care Desk or other AI features may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for personal medical decisions.

4. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Public self-registration is for patient accounts. Doctor accounts are created by administrators only.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service or violate these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Share another person’s sensitive health information without authority
• Misrepresent AI output as professional clinical advice
• Abuse free trials, tokens, payments, or other usage limits

6. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans, token balances, and free-trial limits are described on the Plans page. Payments processed through PayPal or other providers are subject to those providers’ terms. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.

Pocket Doctor branding, software, and site design are owned by Netfector / Pocket Doctor or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute the platform without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pocket Doctor and Netfector are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI output, service interruptions, data loss, or decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.
